In addition, when a contractor is not limited by the need to provide receipts, invoices, receipt voucher, etc., he always finds a way to buy materials more cheaply, pay for transportation less, and simply does not work out this situation: we assume that 90 kg of cement , and buying accounts for two bags - 10 kg left to the customer, who cement this and do not need to FIG. But when the contract is "dependent contractor", the customer will not pay for 2 bags, namely 90 kg.
