How to make floor beams

In this article, "board or timber on the frame?" I shared his arguments in favor of the board is in frame construction. Here I want to demonstrate how it looks a farm to lag the floor, I have described in this article.

The diagram pictures you can see how it turns out the farm for a lag of sex. These are two boards, bonded together through the spacers. Attaching to each other is performed using nails (not less than five nails in each spacer) and screw the capercaillie (at least on the bumper).

The resulting design for superior strength characteristics Tselikov timber of similar size. In the illustration, the floor joists are made of planks 150h50, eventually turns and stronger, and cheaper than solid timber 150x150.

The only possible problem with using such farms - this is the right insulation gaps between the boards to avoid cold bridges. However, all this is solved by using virtually any type of insulation.

Good luck on the construction site!
