Indeed, the acquisition of cherished ares for many fast turns to be the "pigs". To replace the magic of euphoria comes the headache: "And now what? How? Of what? And, most importantly, who should instruct the construction of its already in absentia favorite house? "

Happy are those who once went to a construction company, of which there are now well off, made a pact made by the advance and frozen in anticipation of a long-awaited entry into the house. Of course, the reality is not so rosy, but at least they are at least initially freed themselves from the emotional ravings.


However, not all have the desire or the ability to use the services of construction companies. Someone can not afford it financially, someone fundamentally does not want to feed the numerous secretaries, managers and other employees of various companies. One way or another, but there are only two ways: either to seek an independent team and hired a foreman and tehnadzorom in one person for their own construction, or roll up your sleeves and start yourself to learn a new profession, the benefit to the development of information technologies and information sharing to make it became somewhat easier, than before.

All three options are not ideal, and each represents a compromise between the main factors (such as the total cost of construction, the speed of work and the quality of their performance). And then everyone decides for himself which version to prefer, based on their own opportunities and prevailing conditions.

Thinking and assess the situation, decided to go on the third path. Firstly, after the acquisition of land my financial position was enviable, and therefore pay for the work team, much less a construction firm, was for me a luxury. Secondly, I do not no reason to believe that this experience will be useful in constructing his own home and avoid many mistakes in the future. Oh, and thirdly, the ability to actually test some technologies, such as the foundation of a monolithic slab foundation.

Since the start of construction of a house in the absence of any experience was at least unwise, and threatened, at best, a loss of money and expensive materials, and at worst - of health, it was decided to undertake the construction of a small but permanent structures - the studio.
